View of Work Orders in EAM
We have 800 locations. My customer wants some EAM users to have access to Work Orders at all locations, some multiple locations and some only the location where they are assigned. The Call Center (all locations) would be able to create new orders and modify existing orders. The EAM users at multiple locations would have the same access. Those assigned to one or two locations would only have access to the locations where they are assigned. Is it possible to do this with delivered EAM?
