Question regarding Oracle Payments Patches during Upgrade to R12.1.3

 Dear Oracle Support Rep,
We are currently on 11.5.9 and using GL, AR only to record the revenue. 

We are upgrading to R12.1.3. We would be applying Pre-upgrade and Post Upgrade patches for GL, AR, Collections, Cash Management  and EB Tax.

Q1. What about Oracle Payments? As Oracle Payments is a shared module between AR and AP? We are only using AR. We are not using AP.  Should we also concentrate on the patches of Oracle Payments?
        Can we skip the Pre-upgrade and Post Upgrade patches for Oracle Payments?
