P6 EPPM web when loading activites the view is very slow

When we login to P6 WEB and load the activities page with filters on them it takes up to 10 minutes to load.  When we use citrix and login and load the same activities with the filter the response time is less than 20 seconds.  We changed the runtime parameters on the client machine to -Dp6overridemaxheap=true -Xmx1024m and cleared all files from java - this did not make a difference.

We are using Weblogic - is there a java memory setting that we can set the min and max java runtime properties to make the activities page faster?
