Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Experts,

Pls send your views on below:

1. I am creating claim by calling claims api but i want to create claim without an owner

2. Once claim gets created and whoever claim user open that claim should become owner of claim

Pls let me know your views how to achieve this.
