EBS R12: Timezone issues in reports

Hi,
We are having following situation.       We are having 2 database running EBS on same machine (  NA EBS and Europe EBS) .     The server timezone in set to EST.

Due to this all reports in Europe database has American EST timings.     We need  Europe time in all the reports.     How can we achieve this, without moving database to different server.
