Revoke Concurrent Program Schedule Option for Apps User

Hi All,

Can RBAC (role based access control) - helps to take out schedule button to be grey out so that user is not able to schedule concurren program? Idea behined is we would like to give this  privielge to only selective oracle apps user.

Any recommendation would be highly apprecaited. please note that we don't  like to customize custom.pll .
