Getting Server Busy Error Messages in middle of using Call Center Application.

Hi,

While in middle of Working agents using our Call Center 8.1.1.9 Version Applciation are getting below error.

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.

When We analyzed one of the reported agent's Logs we found below stuffs .

When we further analyzed the SWSE logs collected from webserver when we see server busy messages we are seeing one more error

Like [SWSE] Open Session failed (0xa600d1)   which is due to SCbroker’s hanging performance.
