R31422 Not creating G/L journal entries - S/W/M Orders

Hello

We have an intermittent issue where when the R31422 is run over a service order the G/L journals do not get created and the status for the service order in F31122 is 'I' instead of 'P'.

I have checked the Oracle Support and it suggest the subledger inactive flag is swtiched on, however this is not the case for these scenarios i have discovered.

Has anybody had similar issues or ideas how we can resolve this.  Unfortunately the issue being intemittent it is difficult to replicate which i haven't been able do so far to date

We are on JDE version 9.0
