How to manage employees of same company but working in different countries
We have a legal entity in India which is having its branch in US. Few employees of that LE are in India and few are in US branch and get salary accordingly in INR or USD.
All the projects of the company will be created in LE - India only (whether project is executed in US or in India). Now, how should I maintain these employees and their rates from costing point of view and also to identify whether the employee is from India branch or from US branch?
