Siebel Upgrade to 8.1.1.10

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade our Siebel ERM application from 7.8.2.14 to 8.1.1.10, would appreciate if you could confirm me on below

1) The upgrade path...Guess it would be 7.8.2 to 8.1.1 -- base pack installation and subsequently 8.1.1 to 8.1.1.10 -- Fixed pack installation.Is this correct?

2) We are still undecided on whether to go ahead with Open UI functionality or continue to be on ActiveX for some more time, would like to know if Open UI supports SI application currently.
