Report output pop up is not coming after submit the report from siebel UI

  Hi,
After executing the BIP Report we are not able to see the report output.But report is success when we check the my BIP Reports Screen in Siebel Applicaiton

Replication steps:

1. Navigate to account screen and execute the Account List Report.
2. Click on the report Name and select the output type then click on the submit button.
3. After some time (Below 20 Sec) we are able to see same applet. we not able to see any report output format (selecting open, save or cancel options).

we are using the siebel 8.1.1.9 and BI Publisher standard alone 10.1.3.4.2

I am seeing below error message in the ecomminication Object Manager log file and log file already attached.
