where to get original XLATPRPT.xml ?

 our third party report (XLATPRPT.xml) has been modified by someone, who left, and we can't find back the original XLATPRPT.xml as we thinking to re-customized from original.(or re-use original if possible).where can we find the original XLATPRPT.xml ?
