RDBMS 11.2.0.4 dNFS with ZFSSA 7420 on Infiniband - How should the networking components be configur

 We are using dNFS protocol for database storage with ZFSSA 7420 on Infiniband connection
System Details:
OEL 5 Update 10 - 64bit
Oracle 11.2.0.4
Sun Datacenter Infiniband switch 36
ZFS Storage Appliance 7420

How should the networking components be configured in order to achieve best performance in terms of modes and mtu sizes?(CONNECTED vs DATAGRAM and optimal MTU size)
