What is causing these IP mismatches?

My sign in history shows a large number of IP mismatches, one every half hour, type = Web services.
The IP address mentioned is 137.254.129.35, which is located in Redwood City (US), the Oracle Corporation.

Apparently 'something' is trying to log in to CRMOD using my user credentials but I can't figure out what it might be.
Can it be PIM Sync? I have disabled PIM Sync for the time being and PIM Sync uses IP 194.229.255.18, which is a trusted address.
Can it be the Mobile App? I have closed the App on my iPhone and removed it from memory.

Does anyone have an idea?
