Job Balances Data Conversion during new JDE 9.1 implementation

Hi All,
Need some advice. We are working on a new 9.1 implementation and just completed Go Live. The client wants to import GL Balances history (monthly movements) for one year and three months and Job Balances for 3 months ONLY. Could someone please advice on how could that be done and corresponding accounting implications. Will GL balance upload process for one year (when no job balances are being uploaded) and last 3 months just prior to Go Live (when job balances are also being uploaded) be any different. In an urgent need of some responses please. Thank you.
