DOCUMENT_CREATION_METHOD for Blanket Releases in

 I've two different instances.

In the firts Instance, all blanket relases in PO_RELEASES_ALL have DOCUMENT_CREATION_METHOD = 'CREATEPO' 

in the other instance, all blanket relases in PO_RELEASES_ALL have DOCUMENT_CREATION_METHOD = 'CREATE_RELEASE' 


Is there any setup to decide when use CREATEPO or CREATE_RELEASE ?


The blankets releases with 'CREATEPO'  were created and approved without any action from the buyer.
