Is it possible to extend a View Object on responsibility level?

Hi,
We extended a address class oracle.apps.irc.candidateSelfService.server.PerAddressesVO for our integrated page for external visitor. However, it appears in internal user-- employee candidate page and recruiter "create canditate" page.

Is it possible just let the extended VO only works on responsibility level?
