Report is in Report Queue but Shows REF-50003 Error to User

We are having an issue with one particular report.  The users are getting the following error when they try to launch it:

     REP-50003: The command line is invalid: getjobid3_633017345.  

The report exists in the Report Queue but will not display to the users from within our custom forms application--shows the error instead.  They are able to run other reports without issues.  I did notice that the link in the Report Queue does not have the "3_" after getjobid

http://...../reports/rwservlet/getjobid633017345?server=rptsrvprd3

Where could it be picking up the extra "3_"?

We recently migrated from 10g to 11g.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
