Requisitions are getting escalated to approver's manager instead of next person in the hierarchy

Hi All,

When the purchase requisition is timed out at one approver, the escalation mail is goiong to the approver's manager (supervisor) instead of next person in the approval hierarchy.

Not sure if there is any std issue on this.

Could you please suggest on this what could have caused this issue.
