Hyperion 11.1.2.3 workspace doesn't show any products.However, can i Hyperion plaaninig using url

I installed Hyperion 11.1.2.3 on Windows2008R2 and all the services started without any errors I couldn't see any products in worksspace and I can open Hyperion planning url & EAS .I ran validate utility it doesn't have any error
