unallocate inventory allocated to a closed Oracle sales order

Folks maybe you can help.

We are on 11i fully patched. I have a shipped and closed sales order in Oracle OM that still shows a reservation for 48 of an item. In OPM Inventory it shows that sales order still has the item and quantity on allocation in the allocation inquirey form.

I ran the reservation clean up script provided for discrete mfg in Oracle hoping it would remove the reservation and allocation but it didn't touch it.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to fix this issue? Because the SO is closed and shipped I can't use the Move Transact Process as it doesn't find anything.
