ORA-01653: unable to extend table MSC.MSC_PLAN_QUERIES

 Team
we are in r12(ascp) and 11i(oltp). Of late our plan runs are erroring with temp table space issue " ORA-01653: unable to extend table MSC.MSC_PLAN_QUERIES"

Though we have the DBA add temp table space, this has become a recurring issue. Is there any best practise to avoid this issue

Please share your experience / thoughts
