Open UI - PDQs not firing

 It appears that PDQs are not firing in our implementation of Open UI which is Siebel Public Sector 8.2.2.3.  Nothing happens after selecting a PDQ from the drop down list.  I can build a query the normal way, run it and then save it as a PDQ but trying to run it again by selecting it from the PDQ List and it does not work.  It is not that I get wrong results, it just that nothing happens at all.    If open a High Interactive client for the same application, the PDQs work fine.  I checked the PDQDisabledViewX entries on
