MSS Customization

Hi ,

We have a scenario :

1) People apply for Leave (standard)

2) People apply for Exit Visa (EIT) and in one of the reference fileds, reference the Leave applied above.

Now, we want the managers/PA to apply for Exit Visa of an employee. Issue is when the person applies for his staff/team's Visa, he/she sees all the leaves (for all people under him/her, irrespective of the person for which we chose the action button).I know, we need to modify the LoV for Leave, but, we are not able to capture for which person the Action button was clicked.So, need help in finding and modifying the query to know for what person the Manager is filling the exit visa details.
