deploy forms & reports 11g on WebLogic 10.3.6

hi every oneI installed and configured Weblogic 10.3.6 with forms & reports 11g on Solaris 11.1, then deployed forms and reports on it
the forms running OK but when the forms calls the report this error appear
rep-51002 bind to reports server <rep_server> failed 
the WLS_REPORT IS RUNNING and al processes are running
and the report URL  ( http://host:port/reports/rwservlet) is already running

PLS help it's critical
