Shutdown Celld On exadata

Hi all,
I have this question, and i hope to have a clear answer:

When we execute the following command on one Cell Server :

cellcli -e alter cell shutdown services all
or
service stop celld

Does the GridDisk remain exposed to the ASM instance. On the other hand, what does this command mean/do exactly ?
