I've build a testing environment to test E811 to E910 upgrade to evaluate custom development portability

On this new system Server package build run on the deployment ends with error:

PKGENG0010 ERROR: Failed to attach local repository on the build machine

Deployment server is Windows 2008 R2 machine installed by OUI from 9.1.2 Deployment Server for use with Express installation media

Both Enterprise and Database servers are linux virtual machines on Oracle VM Server 3.2. installed from Oracle VM templates for JDE 9.1.2
