Sim Outbound Messages

Dear Support,

Please elaborate to the following issue:

SIM outbound messages are Failing in Staged_Message table with below Error. We checked "remote_service_locator_info_ribserver.xml" 

file and the port number is Correct.




Caused by: javax.naming.ConfigurationException [Root exception is java.net.MalformedURLException: bad port: t3://localhost.localdomain:17011:rib-sim-wls-instance/rib-sim]
