How to enter Estimation of Material (Like Revenue Budget) in Projects Module

 HI,
I am in the Process of Implementation of Oracle R12 Modules like Project Manufacturing and Project Billing.

In Project Billing  we are entering Revenue Budget - Revenue Budget In terms of Money we planned the Project.

How i can entered estimation of Material?  Example : I want Build 1 ship.  I 1000 equipment and material need to complete the Build the ship.  Revenue Budget of Building the  ship cost 1cr that i can enter.   But how can i enter estimation of material was planned for ship?

That is 1000 equipment details i want to enter.  then i want to compare actual material used then budgeted material used for Building ship?
