SLA Journal Description configuration

Hi,

Was trying to include some information in Journal description and noted that upon validation, some failed ,how do we go about

identifying or add in the source item that could be added for a particular event class.  Is there any document that clearly

shows which source item can be attached to which journal line type and event class? Do not require the steps required to confirm

 a new custom AAD as was able to find some articles on that.

cost management accrual journal get interface to GL but do not exactly shows the journal line description.  Thus, would like
