Filters on the report

Dear All,

I would like to know that there is a filter on "Modified Date" which picks-up the data within selected range only as per Modified date & not on all 3 date fields i.e. Modified Date or Created Date or Close Date.

 Can we show all the 3 filters in the report at once?
