Item Template Uplaod in SCM module EBS R12

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
 Hi,
I am uploading template for items in SCM and it updates attributes of template and associate them with Items but dose not show the template name. What may be the reason.

I would appreciate for prompt response.
