Due to Daylight saving time change all our existing RCR jobs are running 1 hour late.
My customer are currently in Siebel 8.2.2.3 Loyalty
& Marketing applications. On Nov 2nd, due to Daylight saving time
change all of their existing RCR jobs are running 1 hour late.they never
faced this issue in 8.1.1.5 version. Last month they have upgraded their
application to 8.2.2.3 version. They have not changed anything related to
this. they would like to understand what has caused this issue.
In the application, UTC is set as FALSE and Default Time Zone is set as (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada). All Siebel servers are set as (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada). Database server is also set as (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada).
