Once Buyer Assigned need to send notification to Buyer

Dear All,

In Oracle Purchasing Module there is option to change/assign Buyer through the standard function called "Manage Buyer

Workload"

Is there any option to send a Workflow Notification mail to Buyer as soon as assigned the Purchase document to him. There is no date tracking history available.

 

Please let me know if you have any solution or workaround like Workflow business event.
