Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Anyone can explain to me, as I know Allocated Receipt Amount & Applied Amount should always the same in value.

Allocated Receipt Amount is system generated once you save your receipt application. But, we experience where

Allocated Receipt Amount & Amount applied has different amount value that resulted to incorrect balance detail.

Is Allocated Receipt amount should be always as amount applied?
