One Legal Entity(Old) having Two Operating units (Ex:-OU1 Energy & OU2 Telecom) as a part of De-merg

We have a situation when One Legal Entity(Old) having Two Operating units (Ex:-OU1 Energy & OU2 Telecom) and both having operations, as a part of De-merger/Spin off one of the OU2 Telecom has been moved and made a separate New Legal Entity. So all the Subledgers(Master Data and Transactional Data) AP, AR, OM, PO, GL & FA belonging to Telecom OU2 has to be move to New legal Entity and going forward both will have and similar/same Ledger. We are looking for a better solution options, All the kinds of Ideas and suggestion are welcome to minimize/Eliminate the Data Conversion
