Locating the SQL code of a Standard Report

Hi All ,
One of our users want a modification done to a Standard Report available in Oracle General Ledger. If i can locate the code of this report i can carry this out. The problem is locating the code. How does one get about doing this? I have Oracle SQL Developer and Toad installed
