Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I'm using Windows XP, Professional version 2002, Service Pack 3, Office version 2007 and IE7. Smart view version 11.1.2.2.300 (Build 070) Aug' 2012.

Please advise on the ReceiveTimeout, KeepAliveTimeout and ServerTimeout. What value should i key?

Currently i input 900000. Is the set value cause the low performance in Workspace?
