Diagnostic test "Invoice Data" displayed "ERROR getting xml"

Many diagnostic tests are displayed as "ERROR getting xml"and the related description of the test is also displayed as below
"TestBaseXML.setHeader Error getting xml file header info: ODX-0006: ERROR in XMLEngine.getRootDir. $COMMON_TOP not found using System.getProperty("COMMON_TOP") xmlTest is null or xmlTest Header is null. "

This behavior is on our Production instance only.
On the TEST instance (cloned from Production), all the tests are correctly displayed and running
