Transfer Material from one Org to another Using Move Order ??

 Hi ALL, 
Hope you all doing well, 
I am joining this community after a long time with new account mine previous account got expired and never recover till now. 

By using the Mover Order Functionality can we transfers the Material from one Inventory Org to another ??

I dont think its possible but any kind of work aroung except the Ship network InterOrg Transfer or IRISO ? ? 

Please every one gives his observations.
