Oracle snapshort is failling when Rman backup is running

Hi All
I have oracle snapshot which refresh the data every 5 min from one master server to 8 slave servers in out of that one server jobs are failing when rman backup is running
1) No change in the servers
2) When are executing manual after is the failing then is success
3) We see below error once in time in the master server
4) ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 343
5) ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
6) ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kkzqid2fro], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
