Multiple PRC: Update Project Performance Data job being automatically launched

HI All

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue.  We have just upgraded from the 11i to the R12 instance in test. 

We have run the PRC: Update Project Performance Data for a single project org for the first time after the upgrade.  There has been no PRC: Update Project Performance Data  job failures in the instance.   Do you know why would 31 PRC: Update Project Performance Data  jobs be automatically launched?  

There are ten jobs with the parameters I, , , , UPP-BATCH-R-10800-2, UPP-BATCH-R-10800-2, , , ,;eleven jobs with the parametersI, , , , UPP-BATCH-R-10800-3, UPP-BATCH-R-10800-3, , , ,and ten jobs with the parametes ;I, , , , UPP-BATCH-R-10800-4, UPP-BATCH-R-10800-4, , , ,
