Change of "Field Sales Person" in LEAD

Hi Everyone,

I am having difficulties in finding the correct condition when:

1. Field Sales Person is changed

2. Blank Field Sales Person is populated

3. Both are Modified Record Save

My current WF Rule is:

PRE('<SalesRepId>')<>[<SalesRepId>] AND [<IndexedPick1>]=LookupValue("OCC_INDEX_CUST_LOV_OPTY_1", "Middle East & Africa")

Action is to create a task for the new field sales person.
