Rman level 0 , level 1 and Archive Log Backu[p - Confusion

  Hi All Experts,i need guidence under the light of ur experience. actually I have some doubts to clear about RMAN. below are some scenarios that i have confusion about 

on every sunday at 9pm we are doing level 0 full backup and after backup we are performing archive log backup right after level0 finishes. 

Question 1 :- so for example actual level 0 backup started at 9pm and suppose its completed at 11pm and then later when i restore that backup in future do it will restore until 11pm or until 9pm i mean from backup start time.??

Question 2 :- On Sunday i got level 0 backup . now on Monday ll perform cumulative incremental level 1 backup..and on Tuesday also and so on until sat daily at 9pm. now question is if for example i need to restore the database in future until Wednesday 5pm.    so first of all i will restore Control file of Wednesday Incremental level1 backup. and now my actually question is going to start that rman will do restoration by using sunday level0 backup and it will use wednesday level 1 backup to restore until 5pm wednesday.now applying level1 backup will
