Oracle EBS Integrated SOA Gateway - Error in Generating WSDL - Need log file location to know more a

Hello,

I am getting following error on the screen upon clicking "Generate WSDL" button to generate WSDL for a PL/SQL interface under Product family: Order Management Suite > Advanced Pricing > Price List > Price Request

SOA Provider Access resulted in exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.soa.util.SOAException: SystemError: Error while sending message to server. https://nww.finsys.sbs.nhs.uk:4525/webservices/SOAProvider/EbizAuth?Generate=1843&soa_ticket=YeOchSs-x1Syec-xt4x0HQ..' when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please contact your System Administrator.

For new interfaces, I do not even get the error but nothing happens.

I did search KM and SR section and found few relevant solutions but not sure which one is really applicable as I don't know exact reason of this error.
