automatic recovery failing

Hi, running the latest OC version, we have a server pool with 2xt4-4.  LDOMS are migratable between the 2 as expected.  Have been testing automatcic recovery today, but it doesnt work.  It fails on the very first task which is checking that the failed host is actually down, but for some reason it is checking the ip address 0.0.0.0.  The actual error message is

            Status : FAILED
            Result : IP address 0.0.0.0 is reachable (64316)
            Logs   :
