eMail in a Calc Script

I want to add an eMail to each End Fix of a calc script.  Is this possiable?  If so, how do I write it? At the end of each End Fix, I want it to eMail me that it is completed.  This will help me see which Fix Statement is taking a long time.  Then I can rework that portion of the calc script.
