Not able to find quality plan

Hi,

We are not able to view some quality plan from front end.

In User group and grant privilleges also, we are not able to view this quality plan.

When we are searching for this quality plan in update/enter results, we are getting error as -'FRM-41830: List of values contans no entries'

However when checked from back end in QA_PLANS_V table, we are able to find this plan and its plan_id.

Can anyone provide any clue on this?

If this is not proper community for this discussion, please suggest the correct community also.
