Unable to create expense Claims for a single user
We recently upgraded to 12.1.3 from 11.5.10 last month. One of the department user who just have one responsibility for raising expense claims is unable to create expense claims. When he clicks on 'Create Expense reports' it gives a error message.
Other users who has the same responsibility does not receive any error message when they try to create a expense claim. I double checked whether the cost center used by the employee is active and yes it seems to be active.
Could you guys let me know what could be the issue and why only one user is having the issue?
