POXPOEPO.fmb is not launciing after applying patch 16753925

Hi,
After applying patch 16753925, form POXPOEPO.fmb is not launching!
Error Message: FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.PO_MIN_RELEASE_AMOUNT does not exist.
Executing COPY Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String   Value: Completed app_form.set_message_level.
In Argument 1 - Type: String   Value: global.frd_debug

Executing NAME_IN Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String   Value: global.po_contract_num

Error Message: FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.PO_CONTRACT_NUM does not exist.
Executing COPY Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String   Value: Completed app_form.set_message_level.
In Argument 1 - Type: String   Value: global.frd_debug

Executing NAME_IN Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String   Value: global.po_contract_id
